Double pining the recoil lug isn't an accuracy enhancement, it's more of an investment into your bedding job. The two pins prevent the recoil lug from rotating and hold it's position if the rifle is a switch barrel or has to be taken apart for repairs or rebarreling. With out pining the lug the bedding has to be redone. This can cost $100.00 and up.
