BARREL MUZZLE @ CHUCK
"THESE UNITS ARE CUSTOM MADE FOR EACH ORDER. ORDERS MUST BE PHONED IN." 970-878-5421
This barrel adapter was designed for the gunsmith whose method of chambering is to hold the barrel muzzle in a chuck or collet, at the head stock and a steady rest at the chamber end for the BMC. And for the gunsmith with a larger lathe that holds the breach end of the barrel with a 4 jaw and the muzzle is inside the spindle bore. The BMC Modified is for this setup. What was thought to be impractical and not worth the effort with this style of set up, has now been engineered to a practical, efficient, simple, and hassle free tool to enhance your chambering quality.
The BMC & BMC Modified will work with spindle bore's as small .750 to as large as need be. The spindle bore of your lathe must be given at the time of order for correct fit. One size does not fit all spindles. The BMC works on .14 through .50 cal. barrels with no parts interchange. The two units have a rubber tip to seal on the barrel bore for a no leak operation from start to finish! The BMC needs no adjusting from start to finish and does not dedicate lathe to chambering. On and off in less than a minute. Best of all it DOES NOT LEAK!

How to choose a Firing Pin Assembly
You need to know only three things, to choose the right assembly.
1.Fluted or Lite
2.Color Bolt Shroud: Satin Black, Matte Black, or Matte Silver
3.Length: Long, Short or Model 7
They are all of equal quality and performance:
The difference between the Lite and Fluted:
Lite: Has a faster lock time, for Tactical, PRS, NRL and Palma style competition shooters and if you take moving or running shots say at coyotes, you may want to think about a lite. The only time we suggest not buying one is if you hunt in extreme cold. Our lite pin has an aluminum shaft, and a hardened steel tip that makes it lighter in the rifle, creating a faster lock time.
Fluted: Our fluted pin performs extremely well. It is made of one complete piece of hardened steel with flutes in the shaft to lighten the pin and help with lock time.
And lastly you want to choose your Color and Length.
I hope this helps. It can seem like we have so many choices on our website, but it really comes down to three things.
